Make Homeade Wine
There's a brand new resource available for home wine-making enthusiasts called "Making Great Wine" that guides you every step of the way towards making professional quality wines, time after time. Believe me, it's different than anything else on homemade wine making you've ever seen.
In it, you'll learn how to easily make:
* Fruit wines: raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, grape, plum, cherry.
* Dried fruit wines: currant, apricot, date, sultana.
* Stewed fruit wines: elderberry, prune, raisin, crab-apple, loganberry.
* Root wines: parsnip, potato, sugar-beet, beetroot.
* Other vegetables: celery, runner beans, pea-shuck, carrot.
* Flower and sugar wines: clover, dandelion, elder-flower.
* Party drinks: mint-julep, hot punch, ginger beer.
* My favorites: carrot whisky, Westcott Schnapps, wheat wine, orange wine, peach brandy, ginger wine, and many more!
Besides tasting great, there is a flood of scientific evidence is coming in to support the health benefits of red wine consumption. A mountain of scientific evidence is building up to support the contention that two glasses of red wine a day have beneficial health results. From the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease to the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, from preventing food poisining, dysentery and so-called "traveler's diarrhea" to reduction in human mortality rates, the benefits of red wine consumption are piling up. Indeed, more than 100 scientific reports have been published since 1991 providing strong evidence that moderate wine consumption can be part of a healthy lifestyle.
So, if you're interested in staying healthy and making your own great tasting wine, then I recommend you visit my favorite site on the subject.

Frugal Feasting and Fun

Over at Frugal Hacks Momadvice has a really good post and comment thread on how the frugal lifestyle can sometimes make us feel intimidated about having people over. We have extra people over to eat at least twice a week, often more. Last year we also had over fifty overnight guests, so I thought I would share a few ideas and give you a closer glimpse into life at my house, too. We do live in a large, very roomy house. We have lived here for two years (this month). It's huge. I do have a large

And tomorrow is moving day. I’m so excited, but tired as heck at the same time. This afternoon as soon as I closed, I went over to the new place to rip out carpet. My fingers have some serious blisters from pulling up floor tacks….and there was still a bunch of junk to throw out too. But overall, I’m thrilled. And the new peeps that bought my old] house are super nice as well!!!! I hope to be invited to their housewarming party!!! hint. hint. Hehe. best friends loveland co best plastic s

A very public poop March 22nd, 2008 by Stephanie De Pasquale Normally when Sophia poops in the house she finds a corner away from everybody’s sight and I have to follow the scent to find the present she left. That was not the case last night. I had finally unpacked most everything and had some coworkers over for a housewarming party. There were chips, dip, chocolate cake, wine and guitar hero. Sophia was in full social butterfly mode, making her way from coworker to coworker making sure she
